Administrative and Contentious Legal Directorate

The primary responsibility of the Administrative and Contentious Legal Directorate is to provide legal advice in administrative matters to the Prison Ombudsman within the scope of its competence; as well as to intervene in the administrative procedures and judicial processes of any nature with the exception of the criminal.
