Observatory of Federal Prisons

The Observatory of Federal Prisons has as main responsibility to develop a global and structural observation of the prison system. It also collects, produces and systematizes information in a quantitative and qualitative way based on the central themes of the protection of the Human Rights of persons deprived of their liberty.
