The Prison Ombudsman issued a new recommendation addressed to the Nation's Minister of Justice and Human Rights with the aim of arbitrating the necessary means to regulate the possession, carrying and use of mobile devices of detainees within the Federal Penitentiary Service, as a palliative measure while the restrictions and suspensions of visits by COVID-19 last.
