As a consequence of the sanitary and penitentiary emergency, the Prison Ombudsman Francisco Mugnolo made a request to the General Prosecutor of the Nation Eduardo Casal to define criteria for action in penitentiary establishments and instruct prosecutors to review criminal cases within the framework of the Agreed No. 9/20 of the Federal Chamber of Criminal Cassation.
