The Prison Ombudsman's National Office and the National Ombudsman's Office drew up the “Good Practice Guide for the care of pregnant women and other pregnant persons who are deprived of their liberty within the orbit of the Federal Penitentiary Service”. It was sent to the National Executive Power as a proposal of good practices for the care of pregnant persons deprived of liberty.
