On December 29, 2020, the Judge in charge of the Federal Criminal and Correctional Court No. 2 of Lomas de Zamora ordered the dismantling of the double beds of the Federal Penitentiary Complex (CPF) IV of Ezeiza. The decision was motivated by a precautionary measure filed by the PPN within the framework of a collective habeas corpus for overpopulation entitled "Inmates of the Federal Penitentiary Complex IV S / Habeas Corpus."
