On the occasion of commemorating the 30 years of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Council of Children and Adolescents of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA for its acronym in Spanish), organized a discussion day on "Juvenile Criminal System. Model of Intervention from the perspective of rights." The Prison Ombudsman’s National Office was invited to participate in said meeting.

On October 30, an International Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Prison Ombudsman’s National Office (PPN) and the Office of the Correctional Investigator of Canada (ICO), and thus formalized the collaboration ties that already exist between both agencies.
