Within the framework of the International Short Film Festival “Oberá en Cortos” and through the films in prisons program, four short films were screened before forty detainees of Unit 17 of Candelaria. In addition, Rulo Grabovieski gave a musical show.

The Prison Ombudsman’s National Office has requested to the justice, since March of 2018, the house arrest of a person that is lodged in the Central Penitentiary Hospital (HPC) of the Federal Prison of Ezeiza, with an extremely delicate diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
