During the afternoon of April 24, 2020, a meeting was held in the Chapel of the Devoto Prison (CPF CABA) between representatives of the housing units that staged the protest that is in the public domain, officials of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation, from the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Prison Ombudsman’s National Office, the National Committee for the Prevention of Torture and the Civil Association of Family Members of Detainees (ACIFAD for its acronym in Spanish).
